What is the warranty policy on Paddletek paddles?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all performance paddles against manufacturer defects. Please register your paddle on our website within 14 days of purchase to activate coverage.
How do I choose the right paddle weight?
Lightweight paddles (7.0 - 7.5 oz) offer more control and speed at the net, while mid-weight paddles (7.6 - 8.4 oz) provide a balance of power and stability. Consider your play style and any history of elbow strain when selecting.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that paddles with the plastic wrap removed from the handle are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for a tournament sooner.
