Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the paddle in its original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all protective covers and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
